Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (Free on orders over $35)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days ($8.95)
  • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days ($12.95)

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Books must be in new, unread condition with no markings, bent pages, or other damage.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log into your account and navigate to your order history
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Follow the prompts to initiate a return
  4. Print the provided return shipping label
  5. Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging if possible
  6. Attach the return shipping label to your package
  7. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is defective or if we made an error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund including original shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and delivery of your preferred item.
